1. OBJECTIVE:

To lay down a procedure for usage and cleaning of filter assembly.

• SCOPE:

This procedure is applicable for procedure for usage and cleaning of filter assembly.

• RESPONSIBILITY:

QC Officer/ QC Executive

• ACCOUNTABILITY:

QC Manager

• PROCEDURE:
  • After usage of filter assembly, wash the filter assembly with detergents.
  • Wash the filter assembly with purified/ DM Water to 3 – 5 times, mention in cleaning record of filter assembly.
  • Usage record of filter assembly in Uses log book.
• TRAINING:

Trainer   : Manager – Quality Control

Trainees : Staff of the QC departments
