HANDLING OF GELATIN NET

     To lay down a procedure for handling of the gelatin net.

• SCOPE

This SOP is applicable in soft gelatin capsule section for handling of gelatin net.

•     PROCEDURE:

• Collect the gelatin net from production area & also other gelatin waste in Poly Bag and collected net transfer into scrap yard.
  • Affix the status label on the poly bag.
  • Record the maintain on respective Batch production and control record (BPCR).
