To lay down the procedure for the evaluation for calibration/verification of various instruments.
2.0 SCOPE
This SOP is applicable for evaluation for calibration/verification of various instruments.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES
QC personnel: To follow the SOP
Head QC: To review, technical correction and implementation of SOP.
Head QA: To approval of SOP.
4.0 DISTRIBUTION
Master copy : Quality Assurance Department
Controlled copy – 1 : Quality Control Department
5.0 PROCEDURE
After completion/verification of the instruments prepared the evaluation report as per annexure-1. Fill the name of instrument, ID No., Calibration performed date and next due date in the respective columns. Fill the test detail, specification and results in the respective columns. On the basis of calibration results give the conclusion that the instrument is ready for use or not.
